Spotlight Retail training
Didasko Learning Institute is providing new Retail traineeship training with Spotlight Australia. We have started training Spotlight retail staff in South Melbourne and will be undertaking sessions with participants at the Essendon and Fountain Gate stores in the coming weeks.
Spotlight is Australia’s largest chain of fabric, craft and home interiors superstores. With 100 stores in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore it provides millions of customers with a huge range of fashionable products at the most competitive prices.
Spotlight has a strong focus on employee training, with all staff undergoing extensive training to bring their customers valuable product knowledge and advice. Didasko is excited to be working with this leading fabric retailer as they enhance their employee’s expertise in satisfying a dynamic consumer demand for style and fashion.

Priceline Pharmacy training
Didasko has commenced delivery of Community Pharmacy training with Priceline Pharmacy. Working with the pharmacy chain’s parent company Australian Pharmaceutical Industries, we have developed a fully customised learning resource designed to meet the specific needs of Priceline pharmacy stores.
Didasko is delivering Certificate II and III in Retail Community Pharmacy. This course is customised for pharmacy retail staff to develop their expertise in providing non-therapeutic advice and recommendations. Trainees also develop skills in questioning and active listening as they provide an important link between patient and pharmacist.
We are very pleased to offer this new specialised course to Priceline and look forward to working with the new trainees in developing their knowledge and skills through positive learning experiences.
