Delivery method
The DLI training delivery process is extremely flexible, and is specifically designed for industry training. Each course has both theoretical and practical components.

Theoretical components
At enrolment participants are assessed to determine their level of competence (skills and knowledge).
A training plan is developed with participants to address areas where competence is yet to be achieved.
A comprehensive induction to the training and learning tools occurs.
The course theory is generally delivered using Didasko multimedia learning resources.
Learners work through the resource at their own pace whenever and wherever they choose.
DLI provides ongoing mentoring assistance for all participants.
Practical components
Training in the practical application of skills is delivered either through a workplace-based training process or by structured training by DLI's industry training specialists.
The workplace-based model is a structured training delivery method based on using an enterprise’s own staff as Workplace Mentors. These personnel are trained by the Didasko Learning Institute for this role and are provided with tools to assist them.
Training is customised to meet the enterprise’s requirements.
On successful completion of courses, employees receive a nationally accredited qualification in their field of study.
